- 400g Tilda Fragrant Jasmine rice
- 200g Meaty spare rib, cubed
- ½ tsp Shredded red chili
Seasonings:
- 1 tsp Soy sauce
- ½ tsp Black bean sauce
- ¼ tsp Salt
How to make Spare Rib Steam Rice

Marinate spare rib with black bean sauce and mix well, set aside.

Place Tilda Fragrant Jasmine Rice into a casserole pot with 3 cups of hot water, cook at high heat for 3-4 minutes. When the water is almost fully evaporated, then lay the spare ribs and red chilli on top.

Cover with the lid to cook for 15 minutes at medium heat, then turn off the stove and keep warm for another 10 minutes. Last add soy sauce on top.
