  • Tilda Sticky Rice
  • 2 salmon fillets
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Dried garlic, to taste
  • Dried chilli flakes, to taste
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • For the Dressing:
  • Oyster sauce, to taste
  • Sriracha sauce, to taste
  • Vegetables for Sides:
  • 1/2 avocado, sliced
  • Broccoli tender stems
  • Cucumber, sliced

How to make Salmon Poke Bowl with Tilda Sticky Rice

  1. Season the salmon fillets with black pepper, dried garlic, and dried chili flakes.

  2. Heat a pan over medium heat and add 1 tsp of sesame oil. Fry one side of the salmon for 2-3 minutes and flip occasionally on each side until golden.

  3. Prepare the dressing by mixing the oyster sauce and sriracha sauce in a small bowl.

  4. Drizzle the dressing on the salmon and fry for another 1 minute. Add the broccoli tender stems to the frying pan until tender, around 5 minutes.

  5. Serve the salmon with avocado, steamed broccoli, and cucumber slices. Sprinkle sesame seeds (optional).
