An exciting opportunity has emerged to join one of the UK’s most loved food brands and household names.

Some of our biggest Global Markets are managed from the UK office (Australia, New Zealand, France, Germany). We have a small but growing audience in these markets following a change in digital strategy. Our social community love to share their creations, their passions and the importance of food to them and their families. As a result, we are looking for a Social Media Executive to join our marketing team to help take us to the next level, supporting our Global Social Media Manager and delivering our brand essence: Embracing life in all its flavours.

Responsibilities

  • Represent Tilda and own the coordination and two way interaction with customers in the UK directly via our social platforms (Including but not limited to – Facebook, Instagram and Twitter) while working closely with our customer care team
  • Work with the global social media manager and others internally to plan, maintain and execute on a combined paid and organic social content calendar, creating greater organic reach of our product, campaigns and corporate initiatives throughout the year
  • Work with the Global Social Media Manager to take insight from our social listening and transfer that into opportunities for growth
  • Funnel influencers through our new ambassador programme and liaise with teams on opportunities
  • Identify reactive opportunities and conversations for brand &/or product to be part of
  • Work with the Global Social Media Manager on creative outputs to fulfil our calendar plan for the UK
  • Work with the marketing team and agencies where required to support in the copy production for our paid advertising
  • Support the Global Social Media Manager with any other market requirements where needed
  • Continue to engage and grow our happy UK follower base.

The Person

  • You must have a love of food, whether that is cooking or eating!
  • Minimum 2-3 years experience with social media platforms in a client or agency setting
  • Experience in community management across Facebook and Instagram at a minimum
  • Familiar with social listening tools
  • Positive communication skills and happy to work as part of a team
  • Understanding of other channels advantageous but not necessary
  • Basic understanding of Google Analytics.
