- 1 pouch Tilda Pure Basmati Rice
- 2 tbsp sunflower oil
- 4 green onions, sliced
- 1 Thai chili, deseeded, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 tsbp ginger, finely grated
- 1 small can sweet corn, drained
- 1 can tuna chunks in water, drained
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
How to make INDONESIAN TUNA FRIED RICE

Heat the oil in a large non-stick frying pan and sauté the green onions and chili for 5 minutes over a medium heat, stirring occasionally. Reserve some of the green onion and chili for garnish.

Add the garlic and ginger and stir-fry for 2 minutes.

Heat the rice according to the package instructions and stir into the onion and chili mix

Stir in the sweet corn, tuna and soy sauce
