- 1 lb shredded or diced chicken
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 2oz can sliced olives
- 10oz can tomatoes
- 10oz frozen corn
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 cup shredded Colby Jack cheese
- 4oz can green chiles
How to make Chicken Ole with Tilda Peri Peri Rice

Cook chicken and garlic in skillet over medium heat for five minutes, stirring frequently.

Add tomatoes, green chiles, corn, olives, onion powder, salt and pepper.

Bring to a boil; cover, reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.

Uncover and simmer 10 more minutes.

Prepare Tilda Ready to Heat Peri Peri Rice according to package direction (microwave for 90 seconds, or on stove top for 3 minutes)

Serve over rice and top with cheese!
