Ingredient Guide
What is paprika and how do I use it?

WHY PAPRIKA IS SO GREAT
Paprika (red pepper) offers a depth of flavour and can be a delicious natural way to add colour and intensity to a large variety of dishes.
METHODS
Whilst many people traditionally think of the smoked version of this spice that can add a little more heat, plain paprika shouldn’t be overlooked. Carrying the flavour of the peppers that it’s ground from, paprika is used in a range of dishes across Europe, the Middle East and North Africa and it’s qualities can range from adding a touch of sweetness to wonderful warming notes.
