Ingredients for mango sticky rice<\/h3>\n

Sticky rice<\/strong> \u2013 Used in a variety of South-East Asian dishes, look for sweet, sticky or glutinous rice (these may also be a \u2018Thai\u2019 variety) in the shop or local Asian supermarket.<\/span><\/p>\n

Coconut milk<\/strong> \u2013 For the best results, pick up the best quality, full-fat coconut milk you can.<\/span><\/p>\n
