- 2 packs of Tilda Wholegrain Steamed Basmati rice
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 tbsp almond butter
- 3 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp cacao nibs
- 50g sultanas
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 75g oats
- 100g desiccated coconut
How to make Wholegrain Rice Energy Balls

Cook the rice as per the instructions on the pack, drain and allow to cool

Melt the coconut oil in a pan over a gentle heat

Add the almond butter, honey, cacao nibs, sultanas, cinnamon, and oats and combine

Add the cooked rice and mix together

Pour the desiccated coconut on a plate

Allow the mixture to cool until it is cool enough to touch

Shape the mixture into small balls and roll in the coconut

Refrigerate for a few hours or overnight
