- 1 pouch Indonesian Stir Fried Rice
- 2 tbsps. oil
- 40g spring onions, sliced
- ½ onion, sliced
- 80g cooked carrots, cut into batons
- 200g cooked chicken, sliced
- 2 tsps soy sauce
- Handful unsalted peanuts
- Salt and black pepper to season
- Serve with Cucumber, tomatoes, crispy onions and a fried egg on top
How to make Leftover Chicken Fried Rice

Heat the oil in a large pan or wok and add the spring onions, carrots and onions and fry for 3 - 5 minutes to soften

Add the chicken and soy sauce and fry for a few more minutes

Heat Tilda Indonesian Stir Fry Rice in the microwave for 1 minute and add to the stir fry mix

Sprinkle in the peanuts and season with salt and pepper

Serve piping hot with a fried egg on top
