CONVENIENCE OR TASTE…WHY NOT BOTH?
We know convenience is key at lunchtime, but that doesn’t mean you have to compromise on taste.
Taste is our guiding principle at Tilda. Everything we do is to try and deliver the best products we can, using the greatest grains and the finest flavours. The same quality grains and carefully selected ingredients we use in Tilda’s ready-to-heat rice pouches, with no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives.
If you have a microwave, just pop your favourite pouch in for two minutes. Or, if you don’t, just empty the rice into a pan with a splash of water for three minutes and it’s ready to go.

MAKING A MEAL OF IT
With our new Tasty Sides range, you can make complete meal combinations with four unforgettable flavours created with foodies in mind. Like our Tilda rice pouches, they’re available in convenient 250g pouches and simple to cook. Each one includes one of your five a day, a source of protein, under 250 kcal per serving – and they’re suitable for vegetarians.
Although they are perfect as a standalone dish, you can pair our rice and Tasty Sides together for a filling, nutritious meal that’ll keep you going until dinner. Just place them in a microwave for two minutes, or in a pan at medium heat for three minutes.
Thai Green Curry: a delicious combo of mung beans, red peppers and carrots in a green curry sauce, best paired with our Fragrant Jasmine Rice.
Mexican Fajita: the classic flavour of tangy beans, sweetcorn and red pepper in tomato sauce, great with our Brown Basmati rice or wrapped up in a burrito!
Indian Black Dhal: tasty black lentils, spinach and carrots in a creamy sauce. Perfect with our signature Pure Basmati rice!
Chinese Black Bean: yummy black beans, red pepper and onion in a rich sauce, tastes delicious with our fragrant Jasmine Rice.
