- 1 pouch Tilda Golden Vegetable Rice or Tilda Pure Basmati Rice
- 2 salmon fillets
- Juice and zest of a small lemon
- 1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp brown sugar or honey
- 4 spring onions finely sliced
- Pinch of chilli flakes
How to make Salmon with sticky sauce and Golden rice

Pre-heat the oven to 220 c, Fan 200 ̊c, Gas Mark 7

Mix together the lemon juice, zest, Worcestershire sauce, Sweet chilli sauce, sugar or honey and drizzle over the fish. Scatter over the spring onions

Cook in the middle of the oven for about 15 minutes or until thoroughly cooked

Heat the rice in the microwave or pan according to pack instructions.

Top the hot rice with the cooked salmon and sprinkle with a pinch of chilli flakes
